Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the maintenance and upkeep of the entire facility including buildings, equipment, and grounds.
- Plan and supervise daily operations related to HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, security, and janitorial services.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement facility policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
- Oversee space management, office moves, and workspace optimizations.
- Monitor facility budgets and control expenditures related to maintenance and operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and facility assets.
- Lead and train facility staff or outsourced teams to maintain service quality.
- Report facility status and performance metrics to senior management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management,



Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience (3–7 years) in facility management or related operations role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and maintenance procedures.
- Experience managing budgets and vendor contracts.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Skills and Competencies:

- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Attention to detail and proactive approach.
- Familiarity with facility management software (CMMS) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage teams and liaise with various stakeholders.
