Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Export Manager – Fan Sales to develop and expand the company's international business for fans and related electrical products.

The candidate will be responsible for developing new international markets, acquiring overseas customers, appointing and managing dealers/distributors, achieving export sales targets, and managing the complete international sales cycle from enquiry to payment realization.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute international sales strategies to achieve export revenue, volume and profitability targets for the fan product portfolio.
- Identify and develop new international markets across potential regions.
- Identify, appoint and manage overseas dealers, distributors, importers and channel partners to strengthen the company's international distribution network.
- Generate and convert export business opportunities through direct enquiries, LinkedIn, B2B platforms, references, market research and international exhibitions.
- Manage the complete export sales cycle, including enquiries, quotations, negotiations, order confirmation, payment follow-up and shipment coordination.
- Develop country-wise sales plans, pricing strategies and market-entry plans based on market potential, customer requirements and competitor analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers and channel partners to ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business and long-term growth.
- Coordinate with Product, Production, Quality,



Logistics, Finance and Export teams for product requirements, order execution, documentation and timely shipment.
- Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs, dealer meets and customer visits to generate new business and strengthen the company's brand presence.
- Monitor export sales performance, competitor activities, market trends and customer feedback, and prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports and MIS for management.

Required Skills

- 5–10 years of experience in Export Sales / International Business Development.
- Experience in Fans, FMEG, Electrical Products, Consumer Durables or Home Appliances preferred.
- Strong experience in overseas dealer/distributor/channel development.
- Good knowledge of international B2B sales and business development.
- Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of export documentation, logistics and international trade procedures.
- Working knowledge of Incoterms, LC, Advance, DP/DA and other international payment terms.
- Strong market research, competitor analysis and commercial understanding.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM and sales reporting.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Willingness to undertake international travel as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in Ceiling Fans, BLDC Fans, Exhaust Fans, Pedestal Fans, Industrial Fans or related electrical products will be preferred.
- Existing network of international importers, distributors and dealers will be an advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving export sales targets.
- Experience in international exhibitions, customer visits and market development.
- Strong understanding of product positioning and pricing in international markets.
- Result-oriented, self-driven and capable of independently developing current markets
