About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Export Coordinator to manage and coordinate with our international (abroad) clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, managing leads provided by the company, ensuring timely follow-ups, and coordinating end-to-end export processes. If you have strong communication skills and experience in international client coordination, we would love to hear from you!

? Key Responsibilities

Handle inquiries from international clients promptly and professionally

Manage and follow up on leads provided by the company

Maintain regular communication with overseas customers

Coordinate end-to-end export processes from inquiry to shipment

Prepare and manage export documentation

Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, accounts, production, etc.)

Track orders, shipment schedules, and ensure timely delivery





Maintain accurate records of client communication and order status

Resolve client concerns efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

2–3+ years of experience in Export Coordination / International Sales Support

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Strong follow-up and negotiation skills

Valuable understanding of export documentation and procedures

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Strong organizational and coordination abilities
