Role Description The Export Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Hyderabad.

The Export

Executive will manage end-to-end export operations, including preparing and reviewing export documentation, coordinating with logistics providers, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. Daily responsibilities include handling customer queries, tracking shipments, maintaining export records, and supporting pricing and contract negotiations with overseas clients and distributors. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams such as sales, finance,



and production to align export schedules with inventory and delivery timelines.

The Export

Executive will contribute to market research for new regions, support import-export reporting, and assist in achieving sales and revenue targets in global markets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Export Documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Candidates should possess skills in Export operations and Import Export procedures.
- Candidates should possess skills in International Trade, including knowledge of INCOTERMS and global trade practices.
- Candidates should possess skills in Sales related to export markets, including customer relationship management.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, International Trade, or a related field.
- Experience in export operations within manufacturing or FMCG sectors is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
