AR Analyst Roles & Responsibilities

- Review and analyse unpaid/denied medical claims

- Follow up with insurance companies for claim status

- Identify reasons for denial and work on corrections

- Resubmit claims after fixing errors

- Maintain accurate records in the billing system

- Ensure maximum revenue recovery for the company

AR Calling (AR Caller) Roles & Responsibilities

- Call insurance companies for claim status

- Check payment updates and denial reasons

- Follow up on pending claims regularly

- Escalate issues when required

- Update call details and notes in system

- Work on ageing reports to close old claims
