About the Role: We are hiring an experienced Bengali Cook for our rapidly growing cloud kitchen brand, Any Time Fish. Operating out of Jadavpur we specialize in delivering authentic, high-quality Bengali cuisine directly to our customers. The ideal candidate must be an expert in traditional Bengali fish preparations and other classic dishes, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, delivery-only kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a diverse menu of authentic Bengali dishes, with a strong focus on high-quality fish preparations (e.g., Macher Jhol, Paturi, Kalia), alongside traditional vegetarian, fish,chicken, and mutton dishes.
- Manage high-volume orders efficiently, ensuring food is prepared quickly for delivery without compromising on taste or quality.
- Work seamlessly within a cloud kitchen setup, ensuring all food is properly portioned and correctly handed over for packaging and dispatch.
- Maintain the exact taste, consistency, and standard of our traditional recipes.
- Uphold strict standards of food hygiene, kitchen cleanliness, and safety protocols.
- Assist in managing daily inventory,



particularly the careful handling and storage of fresh seafood and spices to minimize wastage.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Cook or Chef with a dedicated focus on authentic Bengali cuisine.
- Deep understanding of traditional Bengali spices and specialized expertise in handling and cooking various types of fish.
- Previous experience working in a cloud kitchen, takeaway, or high-volume delivery restaurant is highly preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak meal times.
- Solid knowledge of food health and safety regulations.

Location Details:

- The placement will be at one of our cloud kitchen facilities located in Jadavpur
