Role & responsibilities

Learning & Development • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of training programs aligned with business and employee development needs. • Manage training calendars, nominations, communications, logistics, and participant coordination. • Maintain training records on the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure data accuracy. • Track training completion, participation, and effectiveness, and prepare periodic reports and dashboards.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders, trainers, and vendors to ensure smooth delivery of learning initiatives.

- Monitor training budgets, invoices, vendor onboarding, and related administrative processes.
- Support continuous improvement of learning programs through feedback analysis and best practice research.
- Promote learning opportunities and drive participation in mandatory and developmental training programs.
- Maintain all required trackers for critical audits such as IAFT, One Maestro, SMT etc.

Employee

Engagement • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement,



culture, and well-being initiatives.
- Create communication materials, campaign teasers, surveys, and polls to enhance employee participation.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for the successful delivery of engagement activities.
- Track engagement metrics, collect feedback, and support reporting and recommendations for improvement.
- Provide administrative and project support for ongoing employee experience and organizational initiatives.

Experience &

Skills • 3-4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Talent Development, or HR Operations.

- Robust organizational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Learning Management Systems.
- Good analytical, communication, and project management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
