Position: Executive/Sr. Executive - Utility

Location: Silvassa

Experience: 8 - 10 Years

Industries: Pharma

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of utility systems, including HVAC, compressed air, water systems, steam generation, and electrical systems.
- Ensure the proper functioning of all utilities to maintain continuous manufacturing operations.
- Monitor utility consumption, identify inefficiencies, and implement energy-saving initiatives.
- Ensure utility systems are compliant with regulatory requirements, including GMP, FDA, ISO, and environmental health and safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of utility equipment and systems.
- Maintain records and logs of utility usage, maintenance activities, and regulatory inspections for internal and external audits.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any utility-related issues that may arise during production, including addressing mechanical, electrical, and systems-related failures.




- Coordinate with the engineering team to implement corrective actions and ensure minimal downtime of utility systems.
- Assist in utility system upgrades and expansions, providing support during the planning, design, and implementation phases.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure that recent systems meet operational and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure that utility operations adhere to safety standards and environmental regulations.
