Role: Executive – Social Media Marketing

Location: Noida / Pune

Educational Qualification: MBA or equivalent BU experience

Experience : 3-6 Years

Role & responsibilities:

Birlasoft is looking for a hands-on Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow the company’s presence across LinkedIn, X and Meta,



spanning both organic and paid social.

The role will be responsible for content planning and publishing, campaign execution, community engagement, social listening, performance optimization and reporting. The candidate will work closely with brand, content, business and agency teams to strengthen Birlasoft’s corporate narrative, executive visibility and demand-generation initiatives.

Preferred Profile

- 3–6 years of B2B/social media marketing experience
- IT services/technology industry experience preferred, but not mandatory
- Strong understanding of paid social, analytics and platform best practices
- Positive writing, coordination and campaign-management skills

- Growth in relevant followers and audience
- Engagement rate and content reach
- Website traffic from social
- Paid campaign CTR, CPC/CPL and conversions
- Share of voice and brand mentions
- Campaign execution quality and timeliness
