Role Description The Executive SAP Implementation role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kotda Sangani. The role involves supporting end-to-end SAP implementation activities, including requirements gathering from business stakeholders, documenting processes, and assisting in the configuration and testing of relevant SAP modules. The executive will help manage master data, coordinate user training and support, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth adoption of SAP across departments such as manufacturing, inventory, sales, and finance.





Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring system performance, identifying issues, raising and tracking tickets, preparing reports, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives aligned with CMK’s operational and quality standards. The role also requires close collaboration with IT vendors or consultants, adherence to project timelines, and clear communication of implementation status to management.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong SAP-related skills, including basic configuration understanding, data management, and familiarity with core modules relevant to manufacturing and inventory (e.g., MM, PP, SD, FI/CO).
- Candidates should possess business process and analytical skills, including process mapping, requirements gathering, problem-solving, and the ability to translate operational needs into system solutions.
- Candidates should possess technical and IT skills, such as proficiency with MS Excel and other office tools, basic database or reporting knowledge, and comfort working with ERP environments.
- Candidates should possess communication and collaboration skills, including clear written and verbal communication, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess organizational and project-support skills, including attention to detail, documentation habits, time management, and the ability to support project plans and deadlines.
