CTC: ₹3.00 – ₹4.50 Lacs per annum

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Executive – Retail Credit (Legal) to support the legal operations of retail credit and lending functions. The role involves property due diligence review, coordination with legal vendors, documentation follow-ups, and maintaining legal compliance records.

Key Responsibilities

- Vet and review property due diligence reports received from empanelled advocates and legal vendors

- Coordinate and manage legal vendors / lawyers for property and retail credit cases

- Follow up on property-related documents from lawyers, borrowers, and internal teams

- Draft and issue legal notices related to retail credit and property matters

- Prepare replies to legal notices in coordination with seniors and legal counsel

- Maintain in-house legal records, documentation trackers, and MIS

- Ensure timely completion of legal processes in line with internal credit policies





- Support audits and internal compliance requirements related to legal documentation

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong understanding of property law, documentation, and due diligence

- Basic knowledge of retail lending / housing finance / secured loans (preferred)

- Good drafting skills for legal notices and replies

- Strong follow-up, coordination, and documentation skills

- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred Candidate Profile

- LLB graduate (freshers or up to 3 years of experience)

- Exposure to banking, NBFC, housing finance, or legal firms is an added advantage

- Willingness to work in a quick-paced retail credit environment
