Role Overview We are looking for a high-performing, consultative recruiter who understands the nuances of hiring in the education sector—from teachers and coordinators to principals and senior leadership roles. This role goes beyond execution and requires client advisory, stakeholder management, and strategic hiring ownership.

Key Responsibilities 1. End-to-End Recruitment Ownership Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: requirement intake → sourcing → screening → coordination → closure Deliver high-quality shortlists for roles across: Academic (PGT, TGT, Primary, IB/Cambridge teachers) Leadership (Principal, Vice Principal, Head of School) Non-academic (Admissions, Operations, Counsellors) 2.

- Stakeholder Management Act as a strategic hiring partner to school leadership teams Understand institutional culture, curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/IB/Cambridge), and hiring priorities Provide market insights on compensation, talent availability, and hiring trends 3.

- Headhunting Build and maintain a strong database of passive candidates across top schools and institutions Proactively identify and approach high-quality candidates (especially leadership roles) Conduct competitor and institution-level talent mapping 4.
