We Are hiring an experienced HR Sr. Executive – Onboarding to join our HR team in Pune.

Position: HR Sr. Executive – Onboarding

Department: HR & Admin

Location: Pune

Experience: 3 Years in relevant HR / Onboarding roles

CTC: Up to ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month

Working Days: 2nd & 4th Saturday Off

Notice Period: Candidates with short notice period / immediate availability preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and joining formalities
- Verify employee documents and complete HRMS registration
- Coordinate induction and site orientation for new joiners
- Coordinate with stakeholders for new joiner communication
- Manage employee transfers and HRMS updates
- Maintain onboarding and transfer-related trackers




- Ensure timely completion of onboarding documentation and checklists
- Support HR documentation and employee lifecycle activities

Candidate Profile

- Graduate/Post Graduate in HR / Business Administration
- 3 years of relevant experience in HR Generalist / Onboarding
- Relevant industry experience preferred
- Positive knowledge of employee lifecycle and HR processes
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS
