Role Description The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations at CGH Earth Experience Hotels in Kumbakonam. This full-time, on-site role includes managing room and public area cleanliness, monitoring laundry services, and ensuring that hygiene and safety standards are consistently upheld. The role involves leading and scheduling housekeeping staff, organizing daily tasks, conducting inspections,



and coordinating with other departments to support smooth hotel operations and guest satisfaction.

The Executive

Housekeeper also develops and implements training programs, manages inventory and housekeeping supplies, and contributes to sustainable housekeeping practices aligned with the company’s environmental values. This position requires a hands-on leader who maintains high service standards while supporting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust organization skills and the ability to manage housekeeping operations and scheduling effectively.
