In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire process of claim settlements related to sanitaryware. This role focuses on efficient management of claims, ensuring timely resolution, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and prevent claim-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end process of claims related to sanitaryware, ensuring timely and accurate settlements

- Coordinate with internal teams, including logistics, sales, and finance, to gather all necessary documentation for claim verification

- Ensure claims are processed in accordance with company policies and industry regulations

- Analyze claim trends to identify recurring issues and implement corrective actions to prevent future claims

- Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency of the claim settlement process

- Collaborate with relevant departments to streamline procedures and reduce claim turnaround time

- Serve as the primary point of contact for dealers, vendors, and customers regarding claim-related inquiries
