This position is permanently based out of our Hubballi Head Office.This dynamic field-based role requires extensive regional transit. The chosen professional must travel regularly throughout North Karnataka to support commercial clients and drive product adoption.

? Position Overview:

Role: Executive Chef

Headquarters: Hubballi, North Karnataka

Travel Requirement: Extensive travel throughout all districts of North Karnataka.

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in an FMCG or corporate bakery environment.

Remuneration: Aligned with industry benchmarks and candidate proficiency.

? Key Responsibilities:

Regional Travel & Engagement:

Travel comprehensively across North Karnataka to establish technical relationships with commercial bakeries and distributors.

Technical Demonstrations

Schedule and execute live, high-impact product demonstrations for regional commercial clients and stakeholders.

Application Trials:

Conduct field-based trials to demonstrate product optimization and value-add across target categories.





Product Category Expertise:

Provide advanced problem-solving and recipe development across major industry verticals such as Puff & Khari, Cookies, Bread, Rusk, Cakes & Pastries Other diverse commercial bakery applications.

?️ Candidate Requirements:

Proven technical track record within a rapid-moving consumer goods (FMCG) setting.

Deep knowledge of baking chemistry, machinery, and specialty fat/ingredient behaviors.

Strong B2B communication skills, with a focus on resolving technical baker grievances in the field.

Possession of a valid driver's license and readiness for a high-mobility schedule.
