About the Role

We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Inside Sales Executive to manage the backend operations of our Force point business line — quotations, stock tracking, reporting, and day-to-day sales coordination. This is an office-based, non-travel role ideal for someone with an IT industry background who thrives on process, accuracy, and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage inside sales activities including quote generation and order processing
- Track and coordinate stock/inventory status for Force point products.
- Prepare and maintain sales, stock, and transaction reports
- Handle tele-calling for lead follow-up, order confirmations, and customer coordination.




- Manage email correspondence with channel partners, distributors, and internal stakeholders
- Support backend sales operations and ensure smooth transaction flow
- Assist with basic social media marketing activities as needed

Required Skills & Experience:

- 2–3 years of experience, preferably from an IT background
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data reports)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Prior exposure to tele-calling and email-based coordination
- Experience with reports, transactions, and backend sales processes
- Basic understanding of social media marketing (preferred, not mandatory)

Nice to Have:

- Exposure to IT distribution / channel sales ecosystem
- Familiarity with CRM or ERP tools
- Awareness of cybersecurity/network security products (Force-point or similar)
