This is not a conventional Executive Assistant role.
We are looking for an exceptional professional who can operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, relationships, and leadership—someone who can work closely with the Founder & Global President and become a trusted extension of the Executive Office.

? THE OPPORTUNITY
As Executive Assistant to the Founder & Global President, you will work at the heart of CyberPeace’s global agenda.
You will help manage priorities, prepare the Founder for critical engagements, coordinate strategic initiatives, manage high-level stakeholder relationships, and ensure that important conversations translate into clear actions and measurable outcomes.

? WHAT YOU WILL OWN01 | Founder’s Office & Executive Priorities
● Manage a complex, high-priority executive calendar.
● Prioritise engagements based on strategic importance, relationships, commitments, and organisational priorities.
● Prepare the Founder for important meetings with briefs, stakeholder intelligence, talking points, documents, and desired outcomes.
● Act as a trusted filter for meetings, invitations, requests, and opportunities.
● Protect executive time while ensuring critical relationships receive the right attention.
02 | Strategic Projects & Follow-Through
● Convert discussions and ideas into clear actions, owners, timelines, and outcomes.
● Track Founder-led priorities from initiation to completion.
● Coordinate cross-functional and cross-geography initiatives.
● Identify bottlenecks before they become problems.
● Independently drive selected strategic initiatives.
● Ensure that important things never fall through the cracks.
03 | Global Stakeholder & VIP Engagement
Work closely with senior stakeholders across:
Government | Diplomacy | Industry | Multilateral Institutions | Academia | Civil Society | Foundations | Technology | Cybersecurity
You will coordinate high-level meetings, roundtables, delegations, bilateral engagements, and strategic conversations while maintaining strong institutional memory of relationships, commitments, sensitivities, and opportunities.
You will also draft executive correspondence, meeting requests, briefing notes, invitations, acknowledgements, and follow-ups.
04 | Travel,
Events & Global Coordination
● Plan complex domestic and international travel.
● Develop detailed, efficient itineraries.
● Coordinate conferences, speaking engagements, delegations, bilateral meetings, and strategic events.
● Manage logistics, protocol, stakeholders, and contingency plans.
● Handle last-minute changes calmly and efficiently.
When the plan changes, you are the person who makes the new plan work.

Turn information into clarity and action.

Your ability to answer “What matters? Why does it matter? What happens next?” will be critical.

Build systems that make the Founder’s Office faster, sharper, and more effective.
You will establish mechanisms to track:

You should know when to follow up, push, escalate—or simply solve the problem yourself.
? WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You may be the right fit if you have:
● 5–10+ years of experience supporting Founders, CEOs, COOs, senior government leaders, diplomats, business leaders, or high-intensity executive offices.
● A natural Chief-of-Staff mindset, irrespective of your previous designation.
● Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills.
● Outstanding written and verbal communication.
● Confidence interacting with senior government officials, diplomats, CEOs, global leaders, and distinguished stakeholders.
● Strong judgement and the ability to make decisions independently.
● Exceptional discretion and respect for confidential information.
● Strong problem-solving and resourcefulness.
● The ability to distinguish between what is urgent and what is important.
● Comfort working across cultures, geographies, and time zones.
● Solid technological fluency and the ability to adopt tools that enhance executive productivity.
● The ability to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
