About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Execution Incharge to lead and supervise construction execution for high-rise residential/commercial building projects. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on expertise in Mivan Shuttering, RCC and civil execution, along with proven site coordination and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day site execution of high-rise building projects.
- Handle Mivan shuttering and RCC construction activities.
- Execute work as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and site teams.
- Ensure timely completion of work while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor manpower, materials and equipment deployment.
- Identify execution issues, delays and bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate effectively between civil, structural and finishing activities.




- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain daily/weekly progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with project quality and safety standards.

Candidate Profile

- B.E./B.Tech – Civil Engineering preferred/mandatory.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in building construction.
- Solid experience in High-Rise Residential / Commercial Projects.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience in Mivan Shuttering.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, structural and civil construction execution.
- Excellent site coordination, manpower handling and team management skills.
- Candidates from developer, contractor or construction companies with strong high-rise execution experience will be preferred.
