Job DescriptionWe are hiring Event Executives specifically for event operations and on-ground execution only . This role is focused purely on managing live events such as weddings, corporate events, and conferences.
Responsibilities Handle on-ground execution of events Coordinate with technical team (sound, light, LED, truss) Manage event setup and dismantling Ensure smooth running of events as per timeline Support client requirements during events Work closely with internal team and vendors Requirements Valuable communication skills Willingness to work in events (late nights / flexible hours) Ability to handle pressure during live events Basic computer knowledge is a plus
