We are currently looking for experienced event coordinators for upcoming event assignments in Pune.

We have requirements across different areas of event execution, and candidates with relevant experience in any of the following areas are welcome to apply:

- Guest Management
- Hospitality Management
- Logistics Management
- On-ground Operations
- Production Management
- Stage & AV Coordination

Candidates may be considered for the area that best matches their experience and expertise.

Requirements

- Previous experience in event management, event coordination or on-ground event execution
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work effectively with event teams and other stakeholders
- Strong understanding of your respective area of responsibility
- Professional conduct and problem-solving ability
- Experience in corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, sports events or similar assignments is preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
