Job Requirements* -:

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Offshore ETL Test Lead / Senior Data Validation Analyst with solid expertise in ETL Testing, Snowflake, TIBCO Spotfire, and Statistica. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading offshore testing activities, executing complex data validation initiatives, and ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across enterprise data platforms.

The candidate should possess strong SQL skills, extensive experience in Data Warehouse Testing, and the ability to work closely with onsite teams, business stakeholders, data engineers,



and reporting teams in a global delivery model.

Key Responsibilities*

- Perform end-to-end ETL testing across Source, Staging, Transformation, and Target layers.
- Validate source-to-target mappings and business transformation rules.
- Execute data reconciliation and data quality validation activities.
- Develop and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform regression, integration, system, and UAT support testing.
- Identify, analyze, and track defects through closure.
- Conduct root cause analysis for data discrepancies.
