POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced, commercially astute and result-oriented Head – Tendering, Estimation & Cost Management to lead and manage the organisation's tendering, estimation and pre-contract commercial functions for Interior Fit-Out and Turnkey projects.

The incumbent will be responsible for the end-to-end tendering and estimation process, including tender document review, quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation and validation, detailed cost estimation, rate analysis, vendor and subcontractor evaluations, commercial negotiations and tender finalisation.

A key responsibility of the role will be to identify and implement value-engineering and cost-optimisation opportunities while maintaining the required design intent, quality, functionality, specifications and project objectives.





The position will work closely with the Management, Design, Projects, Procurement, Accounts and Execution teams to ensure accurate costing, commercial viability, appropriate risk coverage and smooth transition of awarded projects from the tendering stage to execution.

The role will also provide supporting pre-contract-to-post-contract coordination, particularly in relation to cost validation, variations, billing coordination, commercial reconciliation and project close-out.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
