Job Overview:- We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior ERPNext Python Developer with strong expertise in ERPNext and the Frappe Framework. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, implementing, and maintaining ERP solutions based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Develop, customize, and maintain ERPNext modules using Python and the Frappe Framework.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within ERPNext.
- Design and implement new features, reports, workflows, and system integrations.
- Customize forms, scripts, dashboards, and workflows in ERPNext.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Integrate ERPNext with third-party applications and systems using REST APIs.
- Ensure data integrity, application security, system reliability, and performance.
- Work closely with functional consultants and cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.
- Provide technical documentation and support during ERP implementation and post-go-live activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:-

- 1–4years of experience in Python development.
- Hands-on experience with ERPNext and the Frappe Framework.
- Strong understanding of ERPNext modules such as:

- Accounts
- HR & Payroll

- Purchase

- Sales

- Manufacturing

- CRM
- Experience with REST APIs, system integrations, and third-party tools.
- Good knowledge of MariaDB/MySQL.




- Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:-

- Experience with hardware integrations such as weighbridge and CCTV systems.
- Experience in end-to-end ERP implementations.
- Knowledge of cloud deployment and server management.
- Understanding of business processes in manufacturing, finance, or supply chain.
- Experience working in client-facing roles.
- Experience with AI integration and workflow automation.
- Contributions to open-source projects.
