We’re looking for a Research Analyst who can do more than research ,someone who can understand markets, teach them simply and communicate confidently on camera.

What You’ll Do

- Conduct research and analysis across equity markets and financial instruments.
- Prepare market insights, reports and educational content.
- Conduct financial education classes for students, investors and professionals.
- Explain complex financial concepts in a simple, practical and engaging way.
- Create educational videos, reels and other content for CityIndex.
- Be comfortable facing the camera and communicating confidently on video.
- Work with the content team to turn market insights into engaging content.
- Stay updated with market developments, economic events and financial news.
- Contribute to research-backed educational programs and products.

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years of experience in equity research, financial research, investment analysis or a related field.




- Robust understanding of Indian financial markets and investment concepts .
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to teach and simplify complex financial concepts.
- Comfortable speaking on camera and creating educational content.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- NISM / relevant financial certifications are a plus.
- Someone who is curious, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment .
