Company Description: The company is building an autonomous AI automation platform focused on streamlining repetitive workflows for organizations. By leveraging advanced artificial intelligence, the platform is designed to reduce manual tasks, increase operational efficiency, and improve accuracy in routine processes. Potential applicants will join a team working at the intersection of automation, AI, and productivity technology.

The environment is fast-paced, experimentation-driven, and oriented toward rapidly validating and scaling new product ideas. The company aims to empower teams to focus on high-value work by automating repetitive activities end-to-end.

Role Description: The Entrepreneur in Residence (EiR) will work part-time in a remote capacity, focusing on discovering, validating, and shaping current product and business opportunities around autonomous AI automation. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and user research, testing hypotheses, and defining minimum viable products for high-potential use cases and workflows. The EiR will collaborate with product and engineering partners to translate customer insights into clear requirements, experiment roadmaps, and go-to-market concepts.

This role also involves analyzing data from pilots, iterating on product positioning, and preparing strategic recommendations on whether and how to scale identified opportunities. The EiR is expected to operate independently, drive initiatives from concept to early traction,



and document learnings for the broader team.

Qualifications

- Experience in entrepreneurship, startup building, or leading new initiatives, with the ability to identify opportunities, validate assumptions, and move from idea to execution.
- Strong market and customer research skills, including interviewing users, mapping workflows, and synthesizing findings into clear insights and business cases.
- Background in product strategy or product management, with familiarity in defining MVPs, prioritizing features, and working with technical teams to deliver solutions.
- Understanding of AI, automation, or productivity tools, and comfort exploring technical capabilities to shape practical, user-centered applications.
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings, craft narratives, and influence decision-making.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment, manage multiple experiments or projects, and adapt quickly in a rapidly changing context.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, design, or a related field; equivalent practical experience in startups, innovation labs, or venture building is highly valued.
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS, workflow automation, or enterprise software is a plus, as is experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and operations.
