Role Description The Enthusiaship Execution Squad Member: Deep-Tech Engineering Enthusiast (Execution Squad) is a full-time hybrid role based in Kolhapur, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role involves contributing to the design, development, and testing of deep-tech solutions across AI/ML applications, IoT and robotics prototypes, electro-mechanical systems, and Biotech related technologies. The team member will participate in software and hardware implementation, assist in building and automating test setups, and support integration of AI models with embedded and mechanical systems.





Day-to-day responsibilities include researching emerging technologies, creating and refining technical documentation, collaborating with multidisciplinary engineers, and actively contributing to product iterations from concept to prototype. The role also includes supporting cultural-tech storytelling by translating technical work into transparent narratives for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving, data interpretation, and evaluating deep-tech design trade-offs.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for collaboration, documentation, and cross-functional teamwork.
- Candidates should possess Software Development and Programming skills for building, integrating, and maintaining Biotech, Mechanical , ENTC, AI/ML, IoT, and automation solutions.
- Candidates should possess Test Automation skills for designing test cases, creating automated test suites, and validating system performance and reliability.
- Beneficial qualifications include familiarity with AI/ML frameworks, embedded systems, robotics, renewable energy concepts, and basic electro-mechanical design.
- A degree or ongoing studies in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field is preferred, along with a demonstrable passion for deep-tech innovation and sustainability.
- Ability to work in a startup environment, manage multiple tasks, and contribute proactively to culturally rooted, globally oriented projects.
