Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist – Networking (NaaS) to drivegrowth across Enterprise Networking, SD-WAN, Wireless, Data Center Networking, and Network as a Service offerings. The ideal candidate will combine strong consultative selling capabilities with networking domain expertise to help customers modernize their network infrastructure through subscription-based and managed service models.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

- Drive sales of Networking and NaaS solutions across enterprise accounts.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and account plans for assigned territories/accounts.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Position OpEx/subscription-based NaaS models against traditional CapEx models.
- Lead RFPs, proposals, commercial discussions, and customer presentations.
- Drive new logo acquisition while expanding existing customer relationships

Customer Engagement

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders.
- Engage CXOs, IT leaders, and business decision-makers to understand business objectives.

Position Sales Specialist - NAAS

Department Sales

Work Location Bengaluru

Experience 4 - 8 Years
- Act as a trusted advisor for network transformation initiatives.
- Map networking solutions to business outcomes such as scalability, performance optimization, and cost reduction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and service expansion.

OEM & Partner Management

- Collaborate with networking OEMs including Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, Fortinet, Arista, and Ruckus.
- Drive joint Go-To-Market initiatives and co-selling activities.
- Recommend best-fit solutions in multi-vendor environments.




- Coordinate internally with technical, delivery, support, and finance teams to ensure successfull project execution

Ideal Candidate

- Strong Sales Specialist (Networking / NAAS) Profiles
- Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have minimum 4+ years of end-to-end B2B enterprise sales experience in Networking, Network Services, Managed Services, NaaS, Infrastructure or IT Solutions Sales.
- Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have hands-on sales experience with Enterprise Networking solutions, covering Switching (L2/L3), Campus/Data Center Networking, Wireless/WLAN/Wi-Fi, and WAN technologies such as SD-WAN/MPLS.
- Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have experience selling NaaS, managed services, or subscription-based networking solutions, including positioning OpEx/subscription models against traditional CapEx models.
- Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have strong consultative and solution-selling experience, with the ability to understand customer requirements and position networking solutions based on TCO, ROI, cost reduction, scalability, and business outcomes.
- Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have experience in current logo acquisition, enterprise account development, pipeline management, RFP/proposal handling, commercial negotiations, and deal closure, while engaging with CXOs, IT leaders and business decision-makers.
- Mandatory (Experience 6) – Must have experience working with multiple Networking OEMs/vendors such as Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, Fortinet, Arista or Ruckus, and recommending best-fit solutions in multi-vendor environments.
- Mandatory (Certification)—Networking or vendor sales certifications.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
