We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented English to Hindi Translator for our documentaries and films division. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of both languages and a deep understanding of cultural nuances. The role involves translating scripts, dialogues, and subtitles from English to Hindi, ensuring accuracy, context preservation, and fluency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate scripts, dialogues, and subtitles from English to Hindi for documentaries and films.
- Proofread and edit translations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to the original meaning.
- Robust understanding of both English and Hindi grammar, vocabulary, and cultural references, with the ability to translate expressions that include Urdu words for linguistic depth and cultural authenticity.
- Conduct Hindi quality checks (QC) for translated content to maintain high standards.
- Collaborate with directors, producers, and editors to ensure the translations align with the creative vision of the project.
- Maintain and update a glossary of terms to ensure consistency across projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications:





- Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in English to Hindi translation, preferably in the film or documentary industry.
- Strong understanding of both English and Hindi grammar, vocabulary, and cultural references.
- Attention to detail and a passion for accuracy in translation.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
- Familiarity with subtitling software and translation tools is a plus.

Salary Package:

- ₹3,00,000 to ₹4,80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
