About the Role

We are looking for an English Creative Writer with strong writing and ideation skills, along with prior experience working on communication for Ministers, political leaders, government bodies, or political parties. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the Indian government system, policies, and public-sector communication, along with strong client-servicing and presentation skills.

This role is suited for someone who can go beyond routine content writing and develop clear, impactful, and culturally relevant communication for government and political clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative content and communication for Ministers, political leaders, political parties, and government clients.
- Write compelling content in English across social media, campaigns, digital platforms, print, OOH, scripts, and other communication formats.
- Understand government policies, schemes, initiatives, and systems and translate complex information into clear and engaging communication.
- Study client briefs and develop relevant creative concepts, campaign ideas, messaging, and content.
- Work closely with designers,



strategists, and other creative teams to execute campaigns.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute robust ideas for campaigns and communication initiatives.
- Handle client servicing, including understanding requirements, incorporating feedback, coordinating deliverables, and maintaining effective client communication.
- Present and explain creative ideas and content to internal teams and clients.
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and appropriate tone across all communication.

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of relevant experience in creative writing, advertising, content, or a creative agency environment.
- Prior experience creating content for Ministers, political parties, political leaders, or government organisations is mandatory/preferred.
- Strong understanding of the government ecosystem, policies, schemes, and public-sector communication.
- Excellent command of written English, with strong grammar, vocabulary, storytelling, and conceptual thinking.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative campaigns and communication work.
- Experience with client servicing and stakeholder management.
- Ability to understand a brief, think creatively, and translate ideas into sharp and effective communication.
- Ability to work across multiple formats and platforms while maintaining the appropriate brand/client tone.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
