- Assist in the preparation and submission of proposals and bids to potential clients.
- Understand TQs and ensure its closure by coordinating with various stakeholders. Also prepare RFQs for bought out items ensuring collection of offers
- Prepare & ensure proposals and bids are accurate, comprehensive, and meet client's requirements.
- Assist in the development of pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to gather relevant information & documentation.
- Maintain and update the proposal and bidding database.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries on pricing or any other points related to proposals

- Preferred candidate from Valves background
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Technically sound to understand Client/RFQ requirement.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Proficiency in bid management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Has knowledge of ASME material (ASME Sec. II part A & part B) & ASME Sec. IX welding standards.
- Ability to read and understand P&ID;, Develop BOM based on P&ID; & PMS. Understanding of ASME Codes and standards
