About the Role





Panchshil Realty is looking for an experienced Site Manager – EHV to lead the execution of Extra High Voltage (EHV) electrical infrastructure for mission-critical projects, including Data Centres and commercial developments. This role will oversee end-to-end site execution of GIS substations, transformers, HT systems, testing & commissioning, while coordinating with consultants, contractors, statutory authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure safe and timely project delivery.

What You Will Do

Project Execution & Site Management

- Lead execution of EHV electrical infrastructure including GIS/AIS substations, transformers, HT cable networks, and associated electrical systems.
- Monitor project schedules, quality, safety, and progress to ensure timely completion.
- Supervise civil, electrical, and MEP activities related to substation and utility infrastructure.
- Review shop drawings, method statements, inspection reports, and technical documentation.

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, contractors, clients, and government authorities throughout project execution.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues to maintain uninterrupted project progress.
- Conduct project review meetings and monitor contractor performance.

Testing, Commissioning & Commercial Support





- Oversee testing and commissioning of transformers, GIS equipment, HT systems, SCADA, CRP, and associated electrical infrastructure.
- Support contractor billing, joint measurement certifications (JMC), material reconciliation, and project documentation.
- Ensure project documentation is maintained for audits, handover, and compliance.

What You Bring

- B.E. / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 8–10 years of experience in execution of EHV, GIS/AIS Substation, HT Electrical or Power Infrastructure projects.
- Strong exposure to Data Centres, Commercial Buildings, Power Utilities, or EPC projects.
- Experience handling testing & commissioning, contractor management, billing coordination, and project documentation.
- Good understanding of HT systems, transformers, SCADA, cable laying, and electrical safety standards.
- Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project documentation.
