Description

We are seeking an experienced Engineer-Designer to join our Renault GESC team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive design and engineering, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs that meet project specifications.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop automotive components and systems in alignment with project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.
- Conduct simulations and analyses to validate design performance and reliability.
- Prepare detailed engineering documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve product quality.




- Continuously research and implement new design methodologies and technologies to enhance innovation.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- 6-7 years of experience in automotive design and engineering.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Robust knowledge of engineering principles and design processes.
- Experience with simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, MATLAB) for performance analysis.
- Familiarity with automotive industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, IATF).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
