We are looking for a energetic and enthusiastic Employee Engagement Specialist to drive employee engagement, culture-building initiatives, and workplace experience programs across . The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating a positive employee experience, fostering a vibrant workplace culture, and organising initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, collaboration, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Engagement & Culture

- Plan, organise, and execute employee engagement activities and events throughout the year.
- Drive initiatives that promote employee well-being, inclusion, recognition, and team collaboration.
- Develop innovative engagement programs aligned with organisational values and culture.
- Support employee recognition and rewards initiatives.
- Coordinate celebrations for festivals, milestone events, employee appreciation programs, and office-wide activities.

Event Planning & Execution

- Manage end-to-end planning and execution of employee events, town halls, team-building activities, and employee experience programs.
- Coordinate with vendors, internal stakeholders, and administrative teams for seamless event execution.
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective event planning.
- Gather employee feedback and continuously improve engagement initiatives.

Employee Experience

- Partner with HR and business leaders to understand employee needs and enhance workplace satisfaction.
- Assist in driving employee surveys and engagement assessments.




- Analyse feedback and recommend initiatives to improve employee morale and workplace culture.
- Support onboarding and integration activities for new hires.

Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with leadership, HR, Facilities, and Administration teams to execute engagement strategies.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee engagement initiatives within the Hyderabad office.
- Promote participation and awareness of engagement activities across teams.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4-8 years of experience in Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, HR Operations, Events Management, Workplace Experience, or similar roles.
- Proven experience managing employee engagement activities and corporate events.
- Strong event planning and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact with employees across all levels of the organisation.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to introduce innovative engagement initiatives.

Preferred Skills

- Experience conducting employee surveys and feedback analysis.
- Experience in employee recognition and wellness programs.
- Knowledge of employee experience and workplace culture initiatives.
- Exposure to HR practices and employee lifecycle activities.
- Experience working in a corporate environment.

Qualification

- Any Graduate
- Additional certifications in HR, Event Management, Employee Experience, or related fields would be an advantage.
