About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Email Marketing & Client Outreach Specialist to promote our Website Development, Mobile Application Development, and Software Development Services.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, finding relevant business email IDs, preparing personalized outreach campaigns, sending emails through Gmail/business email accounts, and generating qualified business leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential B2B clients for website and mobile application development services.
- Find relevant and publicly available business/professional email IDs of decision-makers such as Founders, CEOs, CTOs, Directors, and Business Heads.
- Build and maintain targeted client/prospect databases.
- Send personalized cold emails and follow-up emails using Gmail/business email accounts.
- Create effective email templates for Website Development, Mobile App Development, Web Applications, SaaS, and Software Development services.
- Conduct regular email outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Follow up with prospects through multiple email touchpoints.
- Research companies and identify their website/app development requirements or potential technology needs.
- Track sent emails, responses, follow-ups, interested prospects, and qualified leads.
- Maintain proper records of prospects and communication in Excel/CRM.




- Coordinate with the Business Development/Sales team for interested leads and meetings.
- Analyze email response rates and continuously improve outreach strategies.
- Ensure emails are personalized, qualified, and relevant to the target audience.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Email Marketing, Cold Email Outreach, Lead Generation, or B2B Client Acquisition.
- Strong experience in B2B email outreach for IT/software services.
- Experience in finding and researching potential client/contact information.
- Good knowledge of Gmail, Google Workspace, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Experience with lead-generation tools such as Apollo, Hunter, Snov.io, LinkedIn, RocketReach, or similar platforms will be preferred.
- Strong written English and professional email communication skills.
- Good understanding of Website Development, Mobile App Development, Software Development, or IT services.
- Ability to identify the right target companies and decision-makers.
- Strong follow-up and lead-nurturing skills.

ImportantThis is not a traditional newsletter/email campaign role. The primary focus will be: Client Research → Find Relevant Contacts → Build Prospect Database → Gmail Outreach → Follow-ups → Generate Qualified Leads → Handover to Sales Team
