Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Electrical Technician to handle electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities across MedPlus stores/facilities. The technician will ensure electrical systems and equipment are functioning safely and efficiently with minimum downtime.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine electrical maintenance and preventive maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot and rectify electrical faults in stores and facilities.
- Maintain and repair lighting systems, switches, sockets, DBs, MCBs, wiring, and related electrical equipment.
- Attend electrical breakdowns and respond to maintenance complaints promptly.
- Inspect electrical installations and identify potential safety hazards.
- Ensure proper functioning of electrical panels and distribution systems.
- Coordinate with external electricians, contractors, and service providers when required.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and repairs.
- Follow electrical safety procedures and company maintenance standards.
- Support store operations by ensuring uninterrupted and protected electrical services.




- Carry out any other electrical maintenance activities assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of electrical wiring, circuits, panels, MCBs, and basic electrical systems.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults.
- Basic knowledge of electrical safety practices.
- Ability to use electrical testing tools such as a multimeter.
- Good problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel between stores/sites when required.

Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant electrical maintenance experience will be preferred.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in retail stores, commercial buildings, hospitals, supermarkets, or similar facilities is an advantage.
- Experience handling multiple locations/sites will be an added advantage.

- Timely resolution of electrical complaints and breakdowns.
- Reduction in recurring electrical issues.
- Completion of preventive maintenance as scheduled.
- Compliance with electrical safety standards.
- Minimum disruption to store operations.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
