Role Description The Electrical Project Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The person in this role will plan, coordinate, and oversee electrical works for building projects, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. Daily responsibilities include reviewing electrical designs, preparing work schedules, managing contractors and site teams, and monitoring progress and quality of electrical installations.

The Electrical Project

Manager will handle budgeting and cost control related to electrical works, coordinate with civil, interior, and MEP teams, and resolve technical and on-site issues. The role also involves liaising with clients, consultants, and vendors, preparing reports and documentation, and supporting project handover activities.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of electricity and practical experience in electrical systems for building projects. & data center projects
- Candidates should possess expertise in electrical contracting, including management of subcontractors and coordination of in office electrical activities.
- Candidates should possess skills in budgeting and cost control related to electrical works and project execution.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in electrical design for building engineering services and interpretation of drawings and specifications.
- Candidates should possess a solid foundation in electrical engineering, supported by relevant education and hands-on project experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Experience managing electrical projects in construction, MEP, or building services environments is highly beneficial.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with relevant codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements for electrical installations.
