Role Description

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for electrical engineering professionals looking to work in a manufacturing and process-plant environment with exposure to electrical maintenance, plant utilities, power distribution, motors, control panels, troubleshooting, and equipment reliability.

The Electrical Engineer will work closely with maintenance, production, utilities, projects, instrumentation, and other plant teams to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of electrical systems across the facility.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.




- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply, depending on their technical exposure and suitability for the role.
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in electrical engineering, maintenance, manufacturing, utilities, projects, or industrial operations are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from manufacturing, food processing, FMCG, chemical, pharmaceutical, agro-processing, automotive, engineering, power, or other process industries are welcome.
- Basic to good understanding of electrical systems, motors, control panels, MCCs, transformers, switchgear, and industrial power distribution.
- Knowledge of VFDs, starters, protection systems, electrical drawings, and troubleshooting will be an advantage.
- Hands-on experience in preventive maintenance or breakdown troubleshooting will be preferred but is not mandatory for freshers.
- Ability to read basic single-line diagrams, electrical drawings, equipment manuals, and technical documentation.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in an on-site manufacturing environment and rotational shifts, if required.
- Strong focus on electrical safety, equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and continuous learning.
