- PLANNING ENGINEER Department: Electrical Company: Eminent Paper Industries LLP Location: Kosamba, Surat, Gujarat Experience: 2–5 Years Leave: 15 Days Paid Leave Notice Period: 30 Days Week Off: 2 Days Per Month Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM Job Summary We are looking for an Electrical Engineer who can handle electrical maintenance, project execution, energy monitoring, planning, vendor coordination, and reporting activities to ensure smooth plant operations and reduce power costs.

- Than plant work Key ResponsibilitiesElectrical Maintenance &
- Operations · Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance. · Plan shutdown activities and reduce downtime. · Maintain electrical equipment and records. Projects &
- Planning · Execute electrical projects from planning to completion. · Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal departments. · Track project progress and maintain documentation.

Energy

Monitoring · Monitor electricity consumption and identify saving opportunities. · Track power-related data and prepare reports. · Support energy-saving and efficiency improvement initiatives. Solar &

- Renewable Energy · Monitor solar plant performance and generation.



· Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and issue resolution. Purchase &
- Cost Control · Prepare and follow up on Purchase Orders (PO) and Work Orders (WO). · Track project and maintenance expenses. · Coordinate material procurement activities. MIS &
- Reporting · Maintain data in Excel and Google Sheets. · Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. · Analyze data and support management reporting. Safety &
- Compliance · Maintain safety records and documentation. · Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.

Required Skills · Knowledge of electrical maintenance and project work. · Valuable Excel and Google Sheets skills. · Basic understanding of energy management and power saving. · Strong communication and coordination skills. Qualification · Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering. · 2–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, projects, or plant operations.

Preferred

Candidate · Experience in manufacturing or process industries. · Knowledge of shutdown planning and vendor management. · Immediate joiners preferred.
