Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer with a Electrical background to manage daily site operations, ensure proper execution, and support project delivery. The candidate will be responsible for supervision, labour management, and ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution

- Oversee and manage daily site execution activities.
- Ensure work is carried out as per project plans, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors for smooth execution.

Supervision & Labour Management

- Supervise on-site workers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Manage labour allocation and productivity at site.
- Ensure discipline and maintain workflow efficiency.

Drawing Verification & Approvals

- Review and verify site drawings and technical documents before execution.
- Identify discrepancies and coordinate with design/consultant teams.




- Assist in obtaining necessary approvals from consultants and authorities.

Execution Support

- Provide technical guidance and support during execution.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Assist the Project Manager in achieving project milestones.

Quality & Safety Compliance

- Ensure adherence to quality standards and project requirements.
- Follow all safety guidelines and ensure secure working conditions at site.
- Report and address any deviations or safety concerns.

Coordination & Reporting

- Maintain daily progress reports and site records.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Track work progress and highlight potential delays.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering

Experience

- Minimum 3+ years of relevant site experience in construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
- Experience in handling both execution and supervision activities.
