Role Description The Educational Video Creator is a full time remote role responsible for designing and producing engaging educational video content across PPStack’s learning platforms and digital channels. In this role, the individual will plan video concepts, draft storyboards, and collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex topics in AI, data, technology, and career development into clear, accessible visual lessons. Daily tasks include recording and editing video lessons, adding motion graphics and visual aids, optimizing sound and lighting quality, and ensuring content aligns with curriculum objectives and brand guidelines.
The Educational Video
Creator will also adapt content for different formats (crash courses, webinars, micro-learning modules),
manage video assets, and work closely with instructional designers, marketing teams, and trainers to maintain a consistent, learner-centric experience. Continuous improvement based on learner feedback and analytics will be expected to enhance clarity, engagement, and learning outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Video Production and Multimedia, with experience planning, scripting, and recording educational or instructional content.
- Proficiency in Video Editing and Video Post-Production, including color correction, audio refinement, and preparing content for multiple platforms.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics to enhance explanations, visual storytelling, and learner engagement.
- Experience with common video and animation tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar software).
- Understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning concepts, or e-learning best practices is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical or complex topics in clear, concise, and structured ways.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a remote, collaborative environment.
- Prior experience in EdTech, education, training, or content creation for AI, data, or technology topics is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Film, Communication, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
