Through initiatives such as Educators Voice, educator-focused events, professional development programmes, webinars and knowledge resources, EGI aims to create a stronger and more collaborative education community.

We are looking for an Educational Content Creator who can help us build meaningful, credible and engaging content for educators, school leaders and the wider education ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and create high-quality content for teachers, principals, school leaders and education professionals.
- Write articles, blogs, newsletters, social media posts and educational resources.
- Develop content for Educators Voice, including articles, interviews, podcast-related content and educator stories.
- Research and simplify developments in education policy, pedagogy, technology, AI, NEP, curriculum and future skills.
- Develop scripts for educational videos, reels, webinars and awareness campaigns.
- Identify relevant education trends, discussions and emerging topics in the Indian education sector.
- Conduct research and interviews with educators and education experts.
- Convert expert insights into accessible and engaging content.
- Support content development for EGI SkillBoost, webinars, workshops and career development initiatives.
- Collaborate with the design, marketing and social media teams to develop integrated content campaigns.
- Maintain accuracy, credibility and consistency across all EGI communication channels.
- Contribute new ideas to grow EGI's educator community and digital presence.

Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who:




- Has a genuine interest in education and the teaching profession.
- Understands the challenges and opportunities faced by Indian educators.
- Can write in a clear, conversational and human tone rather than overly academic language.
- Has strong research, interviewing and storytelling abilities.
- Can identify a good education story and turn it into compelling content.
- Is comfortable writing for multiple formats—from a LinkedIn article to a 60-second video script.
- Can independently research topics and meet deadlines.
- Understands social media trends and digital content formats.

Required Skills
- Excellent English writing and editing skills.
- Strong research and fact-checking abilities.
- Content writing and storytelling.
- Knowledge of the Indian K–12 education ecosystem.
- Understanding of education technology and emerging trends.
- Experience with social media content.
- Basic SEO knowledge is an advantage.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or similar platforms is preferred.
