We are looking for an Education Counsellor with hands-on experience in online UG/PG course counselling and admissions sales . The role involves engaging with prospective students, understanding their academic and career goals, recommending suitable online degree programs, and converting qualified leads into admissions.

Key responsibilities:

- Counsel prospective students regarding online UG and PG degree programs .
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses and university programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls and other communication channels.
- Follow up consistently with prospective students and drive admissions conversions.
- Explain course structure, eligibility, fees,



admission process, and program benefits.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Achieve individual counselling and admission targets.
- Provide a smooth and professional experience throughout the admission journey.

Requirements:

- 3 months – 1 year of hands-on experience specifically in online UG/PG counselling, admissions, or sales.
- Experience with online university/degree programs is mandatory .
- Solid verbal communication and convincing skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven inside-sales environment.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Important: Candidates without prior experience in online UG/PG course counselling or sales will not be considered.
