About The Opportunity A rapid-growing EdTech innovator shaping the future of career education in India, we empower students and professionals with data-driven learning pathways, industry-aligned upskilling programs, and seamless placement solutions. Our BDA team is the frontline engine—connecting top institutions, corporate partners, and learners through smart outreach, strategic pitching, and high-impact relationship building. We’re scaling rapidly and need hungry, articulate BDAs to drive growth across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities.

Role & Responsibilities

- Identify, outreach, and convert educational institutions, training centers, and corporate L&D; teams into strategic partners.
- Conduct pitch meetings (in-person & virtual), tailor demo presentations, and close partnership deals within defined timelines.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads using CRM tools, track conversion metrics, and report weekly progress to managers.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align partner offerings with market demand and campaign goals.




- Represent Careerbloc at education expos, campus events, and industry meetups to expand brand visibility and lead generation.
- Stay updated on EdTech trends, competitor positioning, and institutional pain points to refine your pitch strategy.

Skills & Qualifications Must-Have

- CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce)
- Lead generation techniques
- Partner acquisition strategies
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Google Workspace
- Basic data tracking & reporting

Preferred

- EdTech or education-sector sales experience
- Experience in institutional sales (colleges/schools)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
