Role Description

Every rupee the brand sells online.

We want an operator who lives in the backend — someone who knows that ecommerce is won in the details, owns the numbers end-to-end, and is hungry to build channels from zero to serious revenue. This is a hands-on, on-site role in Noida with a direct line to the founders. Watches. Obviously.

What You'll Own

- Revenue and P&L; across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Myntra — and every channel we light up next
- Listings as conversion machines: titles, keywords, A+ content, storefronts, SEO
- Pricing, promotions, and platform events — knowing when to push and when to hold
- Inventory health across channels: stock cover, replenishment, no stockouts on hero SKUs
- Ad spend like it's your own money,



chasing real ROI over vanity metrics
- New SKU launches — winning the platform game before competitors catch up
- Account health, returns, RTO, and buy box — the unglamorous numbers that decide the month
- The weekly numbers founders actually look at, and the calls that come out of them

Who We Want

- 3–5 years running ecommerce for a D2C or consumer brand
- Fluent in Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub — not afraid of the backend
- Data-obsessed and dashboard-native; strong Excel is table stakes
- Has owned a P&L; and scaled real revenue before
- Sharp on both the growth levers and the operational hygiene underneath them
- Operates like a founder — chases outcomes, not tasks
