Role Description The Ecommerce Manager will oversee Adventra’s online sales channels and digital storefronts, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer journey. This full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi involves managing product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory across ecommerce platforms, while optimizing site performance and conversion rates.

The role includes analyzing sales data and customer behavior, coordinating with marketing and operations teams, and implementing strategies to grow online revenue and brand visibility.

The Ecommerce

Manager will also monitor marketplace compliance,



supervise order processing and customer experience, and regularly report on key performance metrics to guide business decisions.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret ecommerce metrics, sales data, and customer behavior trends.
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and clear stakeholder reporting.
- Proven sales-focused mindset to drive revenue growth, upselling, and cross-selling in online channels.
- Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms, catalog management, and online merchandising.
- Marketing skills to execute digital campaigns, optimize product visibility, and enhance brand presence.
- Experience with marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and direct-to-consumer websites.
- Proficiency in basic data tools (Excel, Google Analytics, or similar analytics solutions).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Recent Delhi and collaborate in a fast-paced, adventure-driven brand environment.
