Role Description The Ecommerce Executive will manage day-to-day operations across online marketplaces and brand-owned ecommerce platforms in a full time, on-site role based in North Delhi.

Responsibilities include maintaining product listings, ensuring accurate content and pricing, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating with internal teams for timely order processing and fulfillment. The role involves tracking sales performance, analyzing key metrics, preparing regular reports, and identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates and customer experience.

The Ecommerce

Executive will handle account management duties with marketplace partners, assist in executing sales campaigns and promotional activities,



and support cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and operations teams. This position requires proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and consistent follow-up to ensure smooth ecommerce operations.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret ecommerce performance data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision making.
- Experience in account management for online marketplaces or ecommerce platforms, including relationship building with platform representatives.
- Sales and sales management skills to drive revenue growth, manage promotions, and support achievement of sales targets.
- Team management capabilities to coordinate with cross-functional teams and contribute to collaborative project execution.
- Previous experience in ecommerce, retail, or consumer goods, preferably in beauty, skincare, or related categories.
- Experience on MYNTRA, AMAZON, FLIPKART, Q-COM (ZEPTO, INSTAMART, BLINKIT ETC)
- Proficiency with ecommerce tools, Excel or Google Sheets, and basic reporting dashboards.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with a high level of accuracy and reliability.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
