Role: Ecommerce & Quick Commerce Account Manager

We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Quick Commerce Account Manager to manage and grow our presence across platforms such as Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and other instant delivery marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have experience managing marketplace operations, inventory planning, digital advertising, and product listings, with a strong focus on sales growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities





- Manage full end-to-end processes for ecommerce and quick commerce accounts across multiple platforms.
- Coordinate inventory planning and replenishment to maintain healthy stock levels and avoid stock-outs or excess inventory.
- Monitor sales trends, platform demand, and forecast inventory requirements.
- Optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, images, keywords, attributes, and pricing to improve visibility and conversions.
- Plan and execute platform advertising campaigns to drive traffic and sales growth.
- Analyze ad performance metrics including ROAS, CTR, conversions, and optimize campaigns accordingly.

Requirements

- 1+ years of experience managing quick commerce or e-commerce marketplace accounts.
- Strong understanding of platforms like Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, or similar marketplaces.
- Experience in inventory forecasting and stock planning.
- Knowledge of marketplace ads and promotional tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in FMCG, grocery, health foods, or consumer products categories.
- Familiarity with catalog management and marketplace compliance requirements.
- Understanding of supply chain and warehouse coordination.
