We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist to manage and grow our online presence across major marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Etsy, Pepperfry, Shopify and other domestic and international platforms.

The ideal candidate should be able to take complete ownership of product listings and marketplace operations—from creating high-quality listings and optimizing keywords to improving product visibility, conversion and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms.

Create compelling product titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords and backend search terms.

Manage product catalogs, images, variations, pricing and inventory.

Optimize listings using marketplace SEO and competitor research.

Monitor sales, traffic, conversion rates, rankings and overall marketplace performance.

Develop strategies to increase product visibility and online sales.

Coordinate with photography, design, production and inventory teams.

Monitor customer reviews and marketplace performance.

Identify new marketplaces and opportunities for business expansion.

Prepare regular sales and performance reports.





Stay updated with marketplace policies, algorithms and e-commerce trends.

Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central or other major e-commerce marketplaces.

Strong understanding of Amazon listing optimization, marketplace SEO, catalog management and product ranking.

Experience managing multiple marketplaces is highly preferred.

Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and e-commerce analytics.

Solid written English and communication skills.

Ability to independently manage products from listing to sales performance.

Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Experience with home décor, furniture, kitchenware, handicrafts or lifestyle products will be an advantage.

Knowledge of international marketplaces and export e-commerce will be a strong plus.
