Experience: 4- 8 years in Ecommerce Marketplace Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly driven ECommerce Marketplace Operations Manager to manage endtoend marketplace operations across leading ecommerce portals. The role is critical in ensuring seamless order processing, accurate inventory visibility, financial reconciliation, SLA adherence, and strong coordination with lastmile delivery partners. The ideal candidate will combine strong operational execution with datadriven decisionmaking to improve efficiency, reduce losses, and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Operations & Order Management

- Manage endtoend order processing across all assigned ecommerce marketplace portals.
- Ensure order flow accuracy, timely dispatch, cancellations control, and minimal order leakage.
- Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, finance, customer support) to ensure smooth operations.

Claims, SPF & Reconciliation

- Handle SPF, RTO, short/expired, damage, and lost shipment claims with marketplaces.
- Perform orderlevel and portalwise reconciliation between OMS, marketplace panels, and financial books.
- Ensure timely claim filing and followups to minimize revenue loss.

Inventory & Availability Management

- Maintain live inventory tracking across all marketplaces.
- Ensure stock accuracy between WMS, OMS, and marketplace dashboards.
- Proactively manage inventory issues such as overselling, stock mismatches, and slowmoving SKUs.

LastMile Partner Management





- Manage relationships with lastmile delivery partners and logistics service providers.
- Perform freight and bill reconciliation with lastmile partners.
- Track and improve SLA adherence (delivery TAT, RTO %, NDR closure).
- Conduct partner performance reviews and drive continuous improvement.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

- Track key operational KPIs such as:
- Order fulfillment rate
- RTO & cancellation rate
- Claim recovery %
- Inventory accuracy
- Partner SLA performance

- Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards and operational reports for management.

Process Improvement & Compliance

- Identify process gaps and drive automation or SOP improvements.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, audit requirements, and internal controls.
- Support onboarding of current marketplaces, partners, or fulfillment models as required.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of ecommerce marketplace operations (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.)
- Handson experience with OMS/WMS/SAP and marketplace seller portals
- Excellent command over reconciliation, claims management, and data analysis
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
- High attention to detail with an executionoriented mindset
- Advanced Excel skills; exposure to MIS dashboards preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
- Prior experience in D2C or Marketplaceled brands
- Exposure to highvolume order environments is a plus
